There are two pools available to Lakeside owners and their guests. The large Flamingo pool by the lake includes a babies pool. The Mimosa pool in the central garden area is used primarily by owners residing in this area of the Village. Please note that as there are no lifeguards, children must be supervised at all times and please observe the Condominium Guidelines posted by the pools and available on the link below.
Pedro's Bar, conveniently located next to the main Clubhouse by the pool, is the perfect spot to unwind. During the summer months, Silvia Marinho warmly welcomes Lakeside owners and their guests. Pedro's serves a selection of hot and cold snacks, ice cream, and drinks, exclusively for the enjoyment of Lakeside residents and their guests. Each evening from 18:00 onwards, there’s an informal gathering—an ideal opportunity to mingle with your neighbours!
Pedro's normally operates daily from 12:00 to 20:00 during the summer months (with food service available between 12:00 and 17:00). On Sundays, the bar opens later, from 16:00 to 20:00. Closing time may be extended until 23:00 at Silvia's discretion, with last orders taken at 22:20. The full menu is available here.
The Clubhouse is available to Owners 7 days a week. It is a haven for Owners to get together for a chat when the weather conditions are less favourable poolside. Books can be loaned from the informal library. The Managing Agent is available at the clubhouse reception at the times shown on "Notices". They will be happy to provide assistance and advice to Owners and their guests.
Lakeside Village Condominium owners and their guests have free use of the tennis courts opposite the apartments generally from 08:00 to 20:00 everyday, although times may vary during the year.
Tennis courts may be booked for private use up to 3 days in advance and may be booked by contacting Lakeside Country Club by phone
